Now, after trekking around Europe for a month and a half, I have come back to London only to find work as a casual teacher has slowed down. In the past three weeks I have had about ten days work and I must admit it is really frustrating. While I have enough savings to see me through until January, it would be nice to have that extra spending and travelling money!
Funnily enough, I have been given the title 'Lady of Leisure', however I prefer 'Man of Leisure'. So to embrace this title I have decided I could do the following during my time off:
* Get re-acquainted with the gym. I went to my first excercise class yesterday after 6 weeks break. Am I paying for it today!
* Find new and interesting recipes to try out.
* Finish that book that I have started and never found time to finish.
* Explore more of London (weather permitting).
* Use my credit card to fund a small trip here and there. I figure I can pay for it when I return to Australia.
* Watch DVD and TV while lounging on the sofa.
So there you have it. Things to do as a Man of Leisure. Such a hard life!

When Nick was being a man of Leisure or house husband he liked to perfect the cooking of scones - very English
How did they turn out? I may need a tip or two!
